Class 5 - Ms Brigitte's special book

Today Ms Brigitte brought a very special book to share with us! This book had phonetic spellings and little pictures to help us learn how to properly pronounce some Mandarin words. Ms Brigitte told us that Mandarin is one of the languages spoken in China- and that means that a WHOLE LOT of people in the world speak Mandarin! It was a fun and tricky challenge to try and get our mouths to make such unfamiliar sounds, but we loved having a try. We love to learn new languages! Thanks, Ms Brigitte, for an awesome lesson!
