Class 5- Roll The Dice

Class 5 had a special treat where they played a little numeracy game that was so much fun. Each child had to roll the dice and see what the number was facing up when the dice finished rolling. Then they had to pick up the right number of pencils to match the number they rolled and then count both in English and French! It was amazing to see the children counting in both the languages and to top it all off, they didn't even struggle with counting in either language - they all did fabulous. Awesome job little mathematicians!

Elect:
1.1- making friends, 4.8- Identifying patterns,4. 10-Classifying, 4.12- Counting,4.15- Representing numbers, 1.5 interacting positively and respectfully.
