Class 2- My Camping Tent

Today friends designed a sparkly night tent! We really enjoyed this art experience as we got to explore different confetti shapes and glued them around and on our tent! We absolutely love confetti! To start we each got a black paper and glued on our tents. We then sprinkled glue around and on top of our tents. Once we had our glue ready, we began applying our confetti and glitter all around our night sky and tent. Not only did we have a great time designing but we also used our sharing skills to share and pass around glitter and confetti with each other. Our fine motors were used as well as we carefully picked up shapes and carefully placed them on our art work! Wonderful work friends! Everyone's tents look amazing!

Class 5- Summer Patterns

Class 5 is awaiting the summer break and today we decided to make some summer patterns. We all discussed the worksheet together and took turns to explain each other which picture would follow. We then worked individually on our sheets putting the right pictures in order. We had to use our cutting and sticking skills for this. We then coloured the pictures inorder to make our worksheet colourful and summery. It was fun working together.

Class 1&2 - Crab in the Bucket

This week Class 1 and 2 friends made handy crabs for our theme this month on pirates! Pirates are always on board in the sea and that's where crabs live! We started our art experience by organizing paint. The colours we decided to use were red for our crab, brown for sand and blue for our ocean. The first thing we began designing was our sea background by dipping our fingers and dabbing it onto our paper to give the effect of sand and water. Once our backgrounds were designed we painted our hands red and pressed them down twice to make our crabs body. Overall, we really enjoyed this art experience because it allowed for us to explore our sense while having fun and getting messy! Great work friends!

Class 1- Golfing

Class 1's friends had a great time this week learning the summer game golf. They pretended to go to the golf course with each other, and they even worked together to set up a course that they could play on and practice their skills. We had a great experience with the golf toys today. Great job friends.

Class 2- Dance Time!

This week Class 2 friends enjoyed some fun dancing with our dance teacher Katie! We usually start our dance class by doing stretches which are so important for warming up our body for dance! During this dance class we got real creative with out dance moves as we brought our own groove to Freestyle Freeze Dance! This is when we strike our own cool poses and dance freely! We absolutely love Freeze dance because not only do we get to enjoy music but we also get to bond and have fun with our friends! Hope you enjoy our super cool dance moves!

Father's Day Festivitis

We love our Daddies! Thank you to all of the wonderful dads( and moms) that took time out of their day to come out today and celebrate our final Father's Day at LFLF. We are so excited about the eventful and we hope you all enjoyed some friendly competition among each other ! Happy Father's Day from all of us!
