Music Circle

Our friends in Class 5 had a great music class today where they showed off their musical listening ears. We had an engaging discussion about the various places that they hear music and it was a delight to hear their interesting answers. They used two ideas, the Farm and the Festival, to make Soundscapes with their voices and they had a blast. Then, they practiced keeping a steady beat to 'Johnny One Hammer' and it was wonderful to see the children using various body parts to keep a steady beat. For an extra challenge, they sang the song counting backwards afterwards. Nice work, Class 5!
