Class 5 - Word Families

Class 5 started off Monday off with an exciting lesson on the "at" family. The activity allowed for class five to match letter cards to create words that end with "at". Here are some examples: b-at, c-at,
m-at, p-at, h-at. To help us form and spell these words, we sounded them out! Here's another example, "hhh..h-at". Activities like these will help our friends become familiar with words and enable them to read words independently. Great work today Class 5! Everyone should
be so proud of themselves! Soon we will be learning and practicing new
family words.
