Class 5 learnt about Earth Day and the importance of the planet. They learnt about how the Earth is divided into land and water and the different continents and places around. We also discussed about things we need to do to save our planet. We then decided to make some paper bags and we spoke about how we should stop the use of plastic bags. Each one did a wonderful job at painting the bags in Earth colours. We also tried to make a pattern of land, water, continents on it. The children said it looks so pretty Ms.Prachiti.
