Mini Pre K Science

This week our Mini Pre K group had a special Science class. Miss Janna created a board with cut outs representing the four seasons of the year. We discussed open ended questions surrounding the seasons and about the weather that we experience each season. This winter we have had our fair share of storms!

The children were encouraged to observe the board and the weather outside before answering questions such as:

What is the weather like in winter?

Do we feel cold or hot outside?

What do we wear on our hands to stay warm?

The preschoolers all interacted positively and respectfully and treated the Science board as an important learning tool!
