We are learning about the up and coming Chinese New Year and the different festive decorations that are made during this wonderful time. Today Class 5 decided to make some Chinese lanterns. We used paper plates , paints, ribbons and tissue paper to create this wonderful craft. We first coloured the plates, then stuck the tissue paper and ribbons onto our lanterns, which made them look very lovely. Each one had their own touch to it and was very happy with their end product. Good job friends!
