A Bittersweet Day for Ms Kateryna

Today was a bittersweet kind of day as it was Ms Kateryna’s last day at LFLF. Ms Kateryna has been with LFLF substituting in Class 3 for Ms Andrea while Ms Andrea was away furthering her studies in the Philippines. However, Ms Andrea will be returning back to LFLF next week and we are so happy to have her back, although everyone at LFLF especially Class 3 will really miss Ms Kateryna and her vibrant smile! Due to the ice storm today, unfortunately many of our little ones missed the opportunity to say goodbye to Ms Kateryna, but those that showed up were excited to surprise her with her “We Will Miss You” card! Ms Kateryna had no idea that the school was getting together to send her a big farewell and thought that we were all gathering together to continue our Easter celebrations, until Ms Camille brought out her good-bye card. The children were very excited that Ms Kateryna was completely surprised! We will miss you so very much Ms Kateryna! Hope you come to visit us often! We know we will cross paths with you again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of us during your stay at LFLF. We love you lots Ms Kateryna!
