Class 1 - Story Time

This afternoon class 1 read the book, "Maybe a Bear Ate It." It's a story of a little cat that loses his favourite book and he comes up with all sorts of funny scenarios explaining where it could have gone. The friends in class 1 stayed very focused and listened to the story intently as Ms. Meghan read it. At the end of stories we always talk about what happened throughout the story and ask questions, which helps us develop beginner reading comprehensive skills. It turns out the cat's book was hiding under his bed! The little friends in class 1 thought that was so funny!

After story time little friends had time to read and look at books independently.
