Class 3 - making snakes
What an exciting morning seeing all the awesome reptiles with Madagascar Mike! After the show we all talked about our favourite reptile, and it was clear that Snowflake the albino King Snake and Kernel the corn snake were the most popular guests. Some friends were a little afraid to see the snakes before the show, but after meeting such cool creatures we were glad we took the chance to have a touch and a closer look. They were super cool! So we decided to use our orange play-dough and roll out some snakes of our own. We talked about how the snakes shed their skin and decided that our play-dough snakes don't need to do that because they're all stretchy! We had fun creating our very own snakes and we discovered that some real snakes are not so scary after all.
