Happy Mother's Day!

Today we had a special day at school for Mother’s day! Moms and dads came to school to see their children in action. We set up all of their favourite activities throughout the school and they were able to take their moms and dads around to play and learn with them. We did art projects, played with blocks and trucks, read stories, and showed the parents all of the letters, words, and topics we have been learning. At the end of the day we performed a special dance that we had been working on all week! Before our moms and dads left we finally gave them the flowers we had been growing from little seedlings. We had a wonderful morning and would like to thank all of the mom’s and dads for coming to spend Mother’s Day with us, it was very special!

What a wonderful event!! Thank you so much for having us mommies to the school. It was so nice to see Jack so excited to show me around the school and to have the opportunity to show off his favorite toys/ things to do! What FUN!!! Then the singing, dancing, and mother's day gift...amazing! Thank you!
