Class 3- Helping Skills

It has always been my belief that ALL children are gifts, deserving of unconditional love, support and daily praise. This belief has been reinforced by the extraordinary children at LFLF. They are curious, confident, creative, kind and always eager to learn and help. I was particularly blown away the other morning during tidy up time on the playground. As I began to collect the chairs used during outdoor French class, I noticed that my friends were eager to help. As seen in the photo’s below, a couple of bigger/stronger friends from group 3 offered to help their smaller friends from group 2, by stacking their chairs neatly and carrying them back to their home. Moments prior to this impressive display of team player mentality and maturity coupled with competency these same preschoolers where engaged in dramatic, role-play, acting as “hosts of a show”...equally delightful and entertaining to watch of course, but not out of the ordinary.
