Our friends choose their favourite kind of bell, that was in the magic musical box. We sang the “ABC” song, and the ants go marching altogether. Also, our friends asked to switch the bell nicely with each others, by sharing they were able to practice different types of musical instruments with their friends. Great job friends.

Class 5- Addition Game

Class 5 had a great numeracy time today. We played a fun game of addition. We used some flash cards with sums on it and small learning blocks to do the activity. Each child had to pick a card and see the numbers on it. They had to add and count the blocks accordingly to find out the answer. They could check the answers by turning the flash cards . Class 2- Earth Day Hands

Today Class 2 used their hands to symbolize the term, "The Earth is Ours!" As we all know, Earth Day has just passed, and to say a big thank you to our Planet; we brought it to life in our own hands! To start this art experience, we first painted our hands blue and green "the colours of the Earth" and then pressed them down on brown construction paper. We then used fine tipped brushes to create our own backgrounds. Some of us used each colour to create patterned dots, and squiggly lines. Overall, we really enjoyed this art experience as we got to share our love with the world! We wish you all a happy Earth Day!

We then added paper fans as tails , eyes and sticks to it, followed by added some leaves on the sticks. It looked so pretty. Great job friends!
