Class 3 explored literacy by learning how to write their names. With the theme of Valentine's Day, each student wrote their name inside pink and red hearts. The students really enjoyed this activity. Prior to writing, everybody got the chance to count their hearts and figure out how many letters are in their name. We observed that some names have 3 letters while others have 6. Each student spelled their name out loud, and then began the task of writing the letters. The final project looked fantastic. Great job Class 3!
