Class 2:2 D and 3D creations

My friends and I in class 2 started this week off with a 2D & 3D model creation exercise using play-dough and a variety of shapes which supported there own ideas. As we went around and shared our creations we learned that everybody sees things differently even if we are trying to make the same thing. It was funny talking about the models we made. Some of our creations looked almost like little treats. Later after we had dance practice we decided to get out some extra energy and play freeze dance actions where we pretended to be different kinds of animals and we moved over to the closest chair when the music shut off. It was a great game, my friends and I got out a lot of energy while learning how to control our bodies! We then went to work on our french mothers day assignment, where we discussed what we love about our mom's. It was fun trying to figure out how to draw our mothers too based on our own memories. It's tricky!
