When it is too cold to play outside class 3 and class 1 like to have active playtime together. We clean up all toys to make a big open space and we play lots of active games.
One game we really like is follow the leader. Everyone gets a turn to be the leader and show the friends a different way to cross the room then all the friends follow. We can skip across the room, hop, crawl, march, or even slither like a snake! It is so much fun! Another game is basketball with an extra toy bin and an indoor ball. We all take turns trying to get the ball into the bin! It is a challenge but when our friends cheer us on it is fun to try!
