What a great day we all had at the pumpkin patch! We met nice and early and got together to put on our special rainbow leis. Once we got inside the gate we got to hear about the pumpkin farm and then we all climbed up on the giant hay bales to take a big group shot. Next it was time for our wagon ride! We all got to sit in the back of the tractor's trailer on some nice comfy hay and go for a ride all around the farm. We saw the spooky forest and the pumpkin cannon, and we even saw some people picking berries in the fields! After we had a little snack and said hello to some of the animals we went to see the singing chickens- we all thought they were very funny! As we left the chickens we spotted something through the rows of corn, a tree fort! We all headed over to have a look, we climbed up to the top and had a look down, and we all made sure to take turns on the slide! After some lunch and a lot more playing it was time for everyone to say goodbye. We are so grateful to have been able to share such a fun and special day with all our friends, and we can't wait for the next field trip!
